
This Subscription Contract ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of broadband internet services ("Services") provided by Net 9 Fibernet ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
Services will be activated only upon successful registration, submission of required documents, and payment of applicable charges. Activation timelines may vary based on technical feasibility, location, or third-party dependencies.
The broadband plan you choose will determine your data speed, FUP (Fair Usage Policy) limit, and validity period. All plans are subject to change, and any such changes will be communicated via email, SMS, or on the Portal. Validity begins from the date of service activation.
Standard installation includes wiring and configuration of customer premises equipment (CPE), such as routers or ONT devices. Any equipment provided remains the property of Net 9 Fibernet unless purchased outright by the customer. Customers are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of provided devices.
Subscription fees must be paid in advance as per the billing cycle. Non-payment may result in service suspension or disconnection without prior notice. All charges are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as per prevailing laws (based on applicable jurisdiction).
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Installation or activation charges are non-refundable once services are provisioned. Cancellation requests can be initiated via our support channel or customer dashboard. Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after deducting applicable charges.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and refrain from activities that may disrupt network integrity or violate government guidelines. Misuse, unauthorized access, reselling, or redistribution of service may result in immediate termination.
Speeds advertised are on a "best effort" basis and may vary based on time of day, location, and device configuration. We strive to deliver high-performance connectivity with up to 99.9% uptime in serviceable areas.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services in case of:
Net 9 Fibernet shall not be liable for losses arising due to service outages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, third-party failures, regulatory actions). You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of service or breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We reserve the right to revise this Subscription Contract at any time. Continued usage of the service post any such revision implies acceptance of the updated terms.
By proceeding with payment and activation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Subscription Contract.
